Return and Refund Policy

At Boudoir Desires, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and the intimate nature of our products. Because of this, we maintain a strict NO-RETURN POLICY on all items.

Due to the personal and intimate use of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped and delivered.

Damage or Defective items...We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged or defective.

To Qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Photo of proof of damage/defect is required
  • Include your order number in all correspondence

Once approved, we will offer one of the following:

Replacement of the same item ( if available)

*Store credit

*Refund to original payment method

NON-ELIGIBLE SITUATIONS

We cannot offer refunds  or replacements for:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect item ordered
  • Products open or used
  • Minor packaging wear from shipping that does not affect product
  • Orders returned without prior approval

Shipping Damage Claims

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package before opening and email us immediately at boudoirdesires.cs@gmail.com.

Processing Time

Approval refunds or replacements are processed within 5-10 business days.
